Bookings

To book an appointment or discovery call, please use the online contact form and select the service you’d like.

Personal Shopping experiences typically take place between 10am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Weekend appointments are available by special arrangement.

Location

Personal Shopping experiences are available in Manchester city centre, the Intu Trafford Centre and local villages such as Didsbury.

Wardrobe Edits are currently conducted online, but I’ll be extending the service soon to include in-person appointments at your home.

Payment

All services are subject to a 50% deposit payable upon booking, with the balance payable upon completion of the styling service. All major credit and debit cards are accepted via PayPal, and BACS payments are accepted.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment and reschedule for another time, please let me know at least 48 hours before the date and time of the original appointment. If more than 48 hours’ notice is given, I will refund your 50% deposit and you’ll only be charged a £25 administration fee. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, your 50% deposit will not be refunded.

If for any reason you want to cancel your appointment without rescheduling, I require 5 days’ notice. A refund of the deposit, minus a £25 admin fee, will be made. If less than 5 days’ notice is given, your 50% deposit will not be refunded.

Style Questionnaire

Your style questionnaire will be emailed to you at the time of booking. To ensure you get the most out of your session, please complete and return your style questionnaire at least a week before your appointment.

Gift Vouchers

All services are available to gift. Alternatively, you can choose a value that you’d like to gift instead, with a minimum spend of £50. Gift vouchers are to be paid for fully at the time of purchase, are not subject to a returns policy and are non-refundable.
